Fleetwood Mac

Tonight, I finally saw Fleetwood Mac in concert.   I have wanted to see them for over half my life but Christine quit in 1998 and just finally returned.  Tonight, was the opening of their “reunion” tour and I promised myself many years ago if they all got back together, I would pay any price.

 

I was lucky enough to get a really good seat on the floor in the 24th row.

   

It was an amazing show and over 2 hours long.

We had to take advantage of the beautiful weather today and wear summer clothing (for probably the last time!)

George is the Purple class mascot.  He’s quite the curious little monkey.  Jack wasn’t incredibly into him so he didn’t come with us everywhere.  But, then when Monday came Jack didn’t want to give him back, so he must have liked something about him.

It’s official, we’re all dying.  Ok, that’s a slight exaggeration but only slight as far as Jack and I are concerned.   We will all make a full recovery but it’s really lingering.  I went from just slightly yucky yesterday morning to dying by the end of the night.  Jack has worsened today as well. 

I’ll try anything

Lauren’s hair is so broken and damaged that if we can’t get it under control a drastic haircut is going to become a necessity.

Since no one is feeling particularly great around here we blew up the air mattress and watched a movie this afternoon (while the gunk soaked into Lauren’s hair.)
