It is Lauren’s 100th day of school on Friday and they’re planning all sorts of fun that day. One of the projects we’re working on is a 100th day shirt. They’re supposed to make a shirt that has 100 things on it. What you do with it is up to you. So, I immediately opened up my laptop and we searched pinterest for some inspiration. There were tons of great ideas but Lauren decided on a 100 googly-eyed monster. Here she is modeling her shirt (a sparkly silver turtleneck from the target clearance section) and counting out her googly eyes of various sizes.
Here they are all laid out (mommy had to do the gluing as it was special fabric glue with special directions.)
We accessorized the shirt with matching silver sparkly tights, a black tutu, and some googly-eyed hair bows (that I also made.) See, I’m occasionally crafty!?
