The mud run

Papa did the Mankato mud run for the 3rd year in a row today.  But, before he could run the race, he had to play with the kids for a bit.

Here he is at the beginning of the 5k route.

Here he is after all the brutal obstacles and hills about to head into the 2nd mud pit.  Lauren and Jack were up high on the Loyola spirit float for the best view.

Here he is after hosing the mud off.  He ended up winning his age division (go DAD!)

Delicious ice cream was had later in the evening.
