Randoms…

Well we have had our roof replaced and our house re-sided (thanks hail damage!)  The deck will be done shortly as well.  Jack has been quite enthralled with the work that is going on outside.  However, it’s been so ridiculously hot out that we don’t want to sit out there and watch for too long.  Poor little boy just sweats sitting there.  It’s so hot that this bunny has decided to take refuge in the long grass underneath our trampoline.

Kevin has been gone in Washington D.C. for the week and Lauren and I will be leaving for Chicago before he returns (which was a logistical nightmare.)  However, we are going and we are even going to FLY home.  Lauren and I were set to take the train home but she has been asking about flying ever since Kevin and I returned from our cruise.  So, I found a good deal (spirit airlines?) and we’re going to fly home instead.  Should be fun!
