Tonight, we made a gingerbread village together. Lauren had a great time eating the candy and sucking the frosting out of the bag. Kevin and I decorated our houses first, so Lauren could see how it was done. Then, we just let her go to town on her house while I cleaned the stainless and Kevin swept the floor. She must have eaten half a bag of frosting. When she was done and it was almost bedtime she said, "But I didn’t get a snack.” with a little smirk on her face. I’d say the candy and frosting was quite the snack little beanitude!
